Join Doit as a Product Engineer to help reinvent how people manage their money through AI-driven tools. You will own specific product domains within the AI Finance suite, translating complex financial services into simple customer journeys.
This position involves defining roadmaps, working closely with cross-functional teams, and using data to drive continuous improvement after launch. We are looking for builders who prioritize user problems and execution over process.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, or investing
- Define user problems, scope, success metrics, and roadmaps
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams
- Transform complex financial products into simple user journeys
- Use data and feedback to improve product decisions post-launch
- Balance speed, UX, business impact, and compliance needs
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Engineer, Owner, founder, or similar
- Strong product sense and ability to simplify workflows
- Ability to work with engineers and designers to ship products
- Comfortable with metrics, experiments, and post-launch learning
- Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership and ability to drive work with limited guidance
- Based in Portugal with strong English communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, insurance, or payments
- Background in consumer apps or high-growth products
