Doit aims to reinvent personal finance by making it smart, accessible, and safe through AI. As a Product Engineer, you will own specific product domains such as insurance or investing, turning complex financial services into simple customer journeys.
You will work closely with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams to define roadmaps, launch features, and iterate based on user feedback and metrics. This position suits builders who prioritize execution and user problems over rigid processes.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, or travel
- Define user problems, scope, success metrics, and roadmaps
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams
- Translate complex financial products into simple user journeys
- Use data and feedback to drive product decisions and iterations
- Launch features and monitor performance post-release
- Balance speed, UX, business impact, and compliance needs
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Engineer, Product Owner, or founder
- Strong product sense and ability to simplify workflows
- Ability to work with engineers and designers to ship products
- Comfortable with metrics, experiments, and post-launch learning
- Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership and ability to work with limited guidance
- Based in Spain with strong English communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, insurance, or payments
- Background in consumer apps or high-growth products
