Join Great Question as a Product Engineer to help rebuild core product features with an agentic approach. You will work end-to-end from problem definition to production, leveraging AI tools to accelerate development and validate solutions. The team values high trust, autonomy, and direct engagement with customer data and feedback.
What you'll do
- Own problems end-to-end from customer conversation to production validation
- Build across the stack including APIs, frontends, and real-time agents
- Use AI agents daily for coding, QA, and prototyping workflows
- Analyze interview transcripts and product analytics to define solutions
- Deliver polished UI/UX while maintaining system primitives
- Communicate clearly in a remote, async-heavy environment
What you'll need
- Strong full-stack expertise in API exposure and frontend development
- Experience building and maintaining production systems
- Daily use of agentic coding tools like Cursor or Claude Code
- Knowledge of running LLM-powered features in production
- Ability to make and defend UX and product decisions independently
- Senior level with approximately five years of real ownership
- Comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities

- Experience with Rails and TypeScript specifically
- Background in customer research or related domains
