This position suits builders who prioritize user problems over feature lists and can make decisions with incomplete information. You will launch features quickly, monitor performance, and iterate based on data and feedback. Strong English communication skills are essential for this global team.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, or investing
- Define user problems, product scope, and success metrics
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams
- Simplify complex financial products into clear customer journeys
- Use data and feedback to improve product decisions post-launch
- Launch features, monitor performance, and drive iterations
- Balance speed, UX, business impact, and compliance needs
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Engineer, Owner, or similar role
- Strong product sense and ability to simplify workflows
- Ability to work with engineers to ship real products
- Comfortable with metrics, experiments, and user feedback
- Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership and ability to work with limited guidance
- Based in Australia with strong English communication
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, insurance, or payments
- Background in consumer apps or high-growth products
- Founder or growth operator experience
