Join BJAK as a Product Engineer focused on AI Investing and other financial services. You will own specific product areas, defining user problems, scope, and roadmaps while working closely with engineering and design teams. The goal is to turn complex financial products into simple customer journeys and iterate based on data and feedback.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, or investing
- Define user problems, success metrics, and launch plans
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams
- Simplify complex financial products into usable customer journeys
- Use data and feedback to improve product decisions post-launch
- Monitor feature performance and drive continuous iterations
- Balance speed, UX, business impact, and operational complexity
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Engineer, Product Owner, or similar role
- Strong product sense and ability to simplify complex workflows
- Ability to work with engineers and designers to ship products
- Comfortable with metrics, experiments, and post-launch learning
- Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership and ability to drive work with limited guidance
- Based in Hong Kong with strong English communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, insurance, or payments sectors
- Background in consumer apps or high-growth products
- Founder or growth operator experience
