You will define product direction, scope, and roadmaps for financial services including insurance, payments, and investing. Working closely with engineering, design, and data teams, you will turn complex financial concepts into simple customer journeys.
This position suits builders who prioritize user problems over feature lists and can make decisions with incomplete information. You will launch features quickly, monitor performance, and iterate based on data and feedback.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, and investing
- Define user problems, success metrics, and launch plans
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and compliance teams
- Simplify complex financial products into usable customer journeys
- Use data and feedback to improve product decisions
- Launch features and drive iterations based on performance
- Balance speed, UX, business impact, and compliance
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Engineer, Owner, or founder
- Strong product sense and ability to simplify workflows
- Ability to work with engineers to ship real products
- Comfortable with metrics, experiments, and post-launch learning
- Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership and ability to drive work with limited guidance
- Based in South Korea with strong English communication
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, insurance, or payments
- Background in consumer apps or high-growth products
