Join BJAK as a Product Engineer focused on AI Investing and other financial services. You will own specific product areas, defining user problems and success metrics while working closely with engineering and design teams.
The goal is to turn complex financial products into simple customer journeys. You will launch features quickly, monitor performance, and iterate based on data and user feedback.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, or investing
- Define user problems, scope, success metrics, and roadmaps
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams
- Simplify complex financial products into usable customer journeys
- Use data and feedback to improve product decisions post-launch
- Launch features, monitor performance, and drive iterations
- Balance speed, UX, business impact, and operational complexity
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Engineer, Owner, founder, or similar role
- Strong product sense and ability to simplify complex workflows
- Ability to work with engineers and designers to ship products
- Comfortable with metrics, experiments, and post-launch learning
- Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership with ability to drive work with limited guidance
- Based in the Philippines with strong English communication
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, insurance, or payments sectors
- Background in consumer apps or high-growth products
