Join BJAK as a Product Engineer focused on AI Investing and other financial services. You will own specific product areas, defining scope and success metrics while working closely with engineering and design teams. The goal is to simplify complex financial products into usable customer journeys and iterate quickly based on data and feedback.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, or investing
- Define user problems, product scope, and success metrics
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams
- Translate complex financial products into simple user journeys
- Use data and feedback to drive product decisions and iterations
- Launch features and monitor performance post-release
- Balance speed, UX, business impact, and compliance needs
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Engineer, Product Owner, or similar role
- Strong product sense and ability to simplify complex workflows
- Proven ability to ship real products with engineers and designers
- Comfortable using metrics, experiments, and user feedback
- Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership with ability to work with limited guidance
- Fluent English communication skills
Nice to have
- Background in fintech, insurance, or payments
- Experience with consumer apps or high-growth products
- Founder or growth operator experience
