Join BJAK as a Product Engineer focused on AI Investing and other financial services. You will own specific product areas, defining user problems, scope, and roadmaps while working closely with engineering and design teams.
The goal is to turn complex financial products into simple customer journeys. You will use data and feedback to make decisions, launch features quickly, and iterate based on performance metrics.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, or investing
- Define user problems, success metrics, and launch plans
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams
- Simplify complex financial products into usable customer journeys
- Use data and feedback to improve product decisions
- Launch features, monitor performance, and drive iterations
- Balance speed, UX, business impact, and compliance
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Engineer, Product Owner, or founder
- Strong product sense and ability to simplify workflows
- Ability to work with engineers to ship real products
- Comfortable with metrics, experiments, and post-launch learning
- Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership and ability to work with limited guidance
- Based in Indonesia with strong English communication
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, insurance, or payments
- Background in consumer apps or high-growth products
