You will own specific product domains within Doit's AI Investing platform, such as insurance, payments, or savings. Your focus will be on understanding user problems, defining success metrics, and driving the product lifecycle from concept to launch.
Working closely with engineering, design, and compliance teams, you will translate complex financial services into simple customer journeys. The role requires high ownership, rapid iteration based on data, and strong stakeholder management skills.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, or investing
- Define user problems, scope, success metrics, and roadmaps
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams
- Simplify complex financial products into usable customer journeys
- Use data and feedback to drive product decisions and iterations
- Launch features and monitor performance for continuous improvement
- Balance speed, UX, business impact, and operational complexity
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Engineer, Product Owner, or founder
- Strong product sense and ability to simplify complex workflows
- Proven ability to ship real products with engineers and designers
- Comfortable with metrics, experiments, and post-launch learning
- Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership and ability to work with limited guidance
- Fluent English communication skills required
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, insurance, or payments
- Background in consumer apps or high-growth products
