You will take ownership of specific product domains within Doit's AI Investing platform, such as insurance, payments, or savings. Your focus will be on translating complex financial concepts into simple user journeys while driving rapid iteration and improvement post-launch.
Working closely with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams, you will define success metrics and launch plans. This role requires a builder mindset, prioritizing execution and user problems over rigid processes or perfect data.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, or investing
- Define user problems, scope, metrics, and roadmaps
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams
- Simplify complex financial products into usable journeys
- Use data and feedback to drive product decisions
- Launch features and monitor performance for iterations
- Balance speed, UX, compliance, and business impact
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Engineer, Owner, or founder
- Strong product sense and ability to simplify workflows
- Ability to ship real products with engineers and designers
- Comfortable with metrics, experiments, and post-launch learning
- Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership and ability to work with limited guidance
- Based in Ireland with strong English communication
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, insurance, or payments
- Background in consumer apps or high-growth products
