You will own specific product areas within Doit's AI Investing platform, focusing on insurance, payments, savings, or travel. Your goal is to transform complex financial products into simple customer journeys by defining scope, metrics, and roadmaps.
Working closely with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams, you will launch features rapidly and iterate based on user feedback and production data. This role requires high ownership and the ability to make decisions with incomplete information.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, or investing
- Define user problems, product scope, success metrics, and roadmaps
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams
- Translate complex financial products into simple customer journeys
- Use data and feedback to drive product decisions and iterations
- Launch features and monitor performance for continuous improvement
- Balance speed, UX, business impact, and compliance requirements
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Engineer, Product Owner, or founder
- Strong product sense and ability to simplify complex workflows
- Ability to work with engineers and designers to ship products
- Comfortable with metrics, experiments, and post-launch learning
- Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership with ability to drive work independently
- Fluent English communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, insurance, or payments
- Background in consumer apps or high-growth products
- Experience as a growth or product operator
