You will take ownership of specific product domains within Doit's AI Investing platform, such as insurance, payments, or savings. Your focus will be on identifying user problems, defining success metrics, and translating complex financial concepts into simple customer journeys.
Working closely with engineering, design, and data teams, you will drive the product lifecycle from conception to post-launch iteration. The ideal candidate is a builder who prioritizes execution and user value over process, making decisions with incomplete information to ship quickly.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, or investing
- Define user problems, product scope, and success metrics
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and compliance teams
- Translate complex financial products into simple user journeys
- Use data and feedback to drive product decisions and iterations
- Launch features and monitor performance for continuous improvement
- Balance speed, UX, business impact, and operational complexity
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Engineer, Owner, or similar role
- Strong product sense and ability to simplify workflows
- Ability to work with engineers to ship real products
- Comfortable with metrics, experiments, and post-launch learning
- Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership and ability to work with limited guidance
- Based in Sweden with strong English communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, insurance, or payments
- Background in consumer apps or high-growth products
- Founder or growth operator experience
