Doit is reinventing personal finance by building tools that make spending, saving, and investing smarter through AI. As a Product Engineer on the AI Investing team, you will own specific product domains, translating complex financial concepts into simple user journeys.
You will work closely with engineering, design, and data teams to define problems, set success metrics, and ship improvements rapidly. This role requires high ownership and the ability to drive execution with limited guidance in a global, remote-first environment.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, or investing
- Define user problems, scope, success metrics, and roadmaps
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams
- Simplify complex financial products into usable customer journeys
- Use data and feedback to drive product decisions and iterations
- Launch features and monitor performance for continuous improvement
- Balance speed, UX, business impact, and operational complexity
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Engineer, Product Owner, or founder
- Strong product sense and ability to simplify complex workflows
- Proven ability to work with engineers to ship real products
- Comfortable using metrics, experiments, and post-launch learning
- Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership with ability to drive work independently
- Based in the United States
- Strong English communication skills

- Experience in fintech, insurance, or payments
- Background in consumer apps or high-growth products
