Join BJAK as a Product Engineer to drive the development of their AI Neobank. You will take ownership of specific product verticals such as insurance, investing, or travel, transforming complex financial services into simple user journeys.
This position suits builders who prioritize user problems over feature lists and thrive in high-growth environments. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ship real products, measure success, and iterate based on data and feedback.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, or investing
- Define user problems, scope, metrics, and roadmaps
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams
- Simplify complex financial products into usable customer journeys
- Use data and feedback to improve product decisions post-launch
- Balance speed, UX, business impact, and regulatory compliance
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Engineer, Owner, or similar role
- Strong product sense and ability to simplify workflows
- Proven ability to ship real products with engineers and designers
- Comfortable using metrics, experiments, and user feedback
- Excellent writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership with ability to work with limited guidance
- Based in Ireland with strong English communication skills
Nice to have
- Background in fintech, insurance, or payments
- Experience with consumer apps or high-growth products
