This position suits builders who thrive on defining product scope, working closely with design and engineering, and iterating based on data and user feedback. You will drive execution from problem definition to post-launch improvement.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, or investing
- Define user problems, success metrics, and roadmaps
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and compliance teams
- Simplify complex financial products into usable customer journeys
- Use data and feedback to drive product decisions and iterations
- Balance speed, UX, business impact, and compliance needs
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Engineer, Product Owner, or founder
- Strong product sense and ability to simplify workflows
- Ability to work with engineers to ship real products
- Comfortable with metrics, experiments, and post-launch learning
- Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership with ability to work with limited guidance
- Fluent English communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, insurance, or payments
- Background in consumer apps or high-growth products
