You will drive product direction for BJAK's AI Neobank, transforming complex financial services into simple customer journeys. Working with cross-functional teams, you will define success metrics, manage roadmaps, and iterate based on data and user feedback.
The ideal candidate combines strong product sense with technical collaboration skills, ensuring rapid shipping and continuous improvement post-launch. You will take full ownership of your product area without needing constant guidance.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, or investing
- Define user problems, scope, metrics, and launch plans
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams
- Simplify complex financial products into usable customer journeys
- Use data and feedback to drive product decisions and iterations
- Balance speed, UX, business impact, and compliance needs
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Engineer, Owner, or similar role
- Strong product sense and ability to simplify workflows
- Ability to work closely with engineers and designers
- Comfortable with metrics, experiments, and post-launch learning
- Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership with ability to work with limited guidance
- Fluent English communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, insurance, or payments
- Background in consumer apps or high-growth products
