You will take ownership of specific product domains within BJAK's AI Neobank, such as insurance, investing, or travel services. Your focus will be on identifying user problems, defining success metrics, and translating complex financial products into simple customer journeys.
Working closely with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams, you will drive the product lifecycle from conception to post-launch iteration. The ideal candidate balances speed with operational complexity and uses data to refine decisions after release.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, or investing
- Define user problems, scope, success metrics, and launch plans
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams
- Simplify complex financial products into usable customer journeys
- Use data and feedback to improve product decisions continuously
- Launch features, monitor performance, and drive iterations
- Balance speed, UX, business impact, and compliance requirements
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Engineer, Product Owner, or founder
- Strong product sense and ability to simplify workflows
- Ability to work with engineers and designers to ship products
- Comfortable with metrics, experiments, and post-launch learning
- Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership with ability to drive work independently
- Fluent English communication for global team collaboration
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, insurance, or payments sectors
- Background in consumer apps or high-growth products
