You will take ownership of specific product domains within BJAK's AI Neobank, such as insurance, payments, or investing. Your focus will be on identifying user problems, defining success metrics, and translating complex financial products into simple customer journeys.
Working closely with engineering, design, and business teams, you will drive rapid launches and iterate based on data and feedback. The ideal candidate balances speed with compliance and operational reality while maintaining high standards for user experience.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, or investing
- Define user problems, scope, metrics, and launch plans
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams
- Simplify complex financial products into usable customer journeys
- Use data and feedback to improve product decisions post-launch
- Balance speed, UX, business impact, and regulatory compliance
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Engineer, Owner, founder, or similar
- Strong product sense and ability to simplify workflows
- Ability to work with engineers to ship real products
- Comfortable with metrics, experiments, and post-launch learning
- Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership with ability to drive work independently
- Based in the United States
- Strong English communication skills

- Experience in fintech, insurance, or payments
- Background in consumer apps or high-growth products
