You will take ownership of specific product domains within Doit's AI-driven financial platform, such as payments, savings, or insurance. Your focus will be on identifying user problems, defining success metrics, and working closely with design and engineering teams to ship simple, effective solutions.
This position suits builders who prioritize execution over documentation and can make decisions with incomplete information. You will drive iterations based on data and feedback, ensuring complex financial tools become accessible and easy to use for customers.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across payments, savings, investing, or insurance
- Define user problems, scope, success metrics, and roadmaps
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams
- Translate complex financial products into simple customer journeys
- Use data and feedback to improve product decisions post-launch
- Balance speed, UX, business impact, and regulatory compliance
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Engineer, Product Owner, or founder
- Strong product sense and ability to simplify complex workflows
- Proven ability to work with engineers to ship real products
- Comfortable using metrics, experiments, and user feedback
- Excellent writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership with ability to drive work independently
- Based in Austria with strong English communication skills

- Background in fintech, insurance, or payments
- Experience with consumer apps or high-growth products
