Doit is building an AI-driven neobank aimed at making finance smart, accessible, and safe. The team works on reinventing how users spend, save, invest, and manage insurance through mobile-first tools.
As a Product Engineer, you will own specific product domains, translating complex financial services into simple customer journeys. You will define success metrics, manage roadmaps, and drive rapid iterations based on data and user feedback.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, or investing
- Define user problems, scope, success metrics, and launch plans
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams
- Simplify complex financial products into usable customer journeys
- Use data and feedback to improve product decisions post-launch
- Balance speed, UX, business impact, and operational complexity
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Engineer, Owner, founder, or similar role
- Strong product sense and ability to simplify complex workflows
- Ability to work with engineers and designers to ship real products
- Comfortable with metrics, experiments, and post-launch learning
- Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership with ability to drive work with limited guidance
- Based in Ireland with strong English communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, insurance, or payments sectors
- Background in consumer apps or high-growth products
