You will define product direction, scope, and roadmaps while collaborating with engineering and design teams. The goal is to transform complex financial services into simple customer journeys and drive rapid iterations based on data and user feedback.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, or investing
- Define user problems, success metrics, and launch plans
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams
- Simplify complex financial products into usable customer journeys
- Use data and feedback to improve product decisions post-launch
- Balance speed, UX, business impact, and operational complexity
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Engineer, Product Owner, or founder
- Strong product sense and ability to simplify workflows
- Ability to work with engineers to ship real products
- Comfortable with metrics, experiments, and post-launch learning
- Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership and ability to drive work with limited guidance
- Based in the Philippines with strong English communication
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, insurance, or payments
- Background in consumer apps or high-growth products
