Join Doit as a Product Engineer to help reinvent personal finance through AI-driven tools. You will own specific product domains within the AI Neobank, translating complex financial services into simple user journeys.
The team focuses on building accessible, smart, and safe financial applications. You will work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to launch fast and iterate based on data and user feedback.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, or investing
- Define user problems, scope, success metrics, and roadmaps
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams
- Simplify complex financial products into usable customer journeys
- Use data and feedback to drive product decisions and iterations
- Launch features and monitor performance post-release
- Balance speed, UX, business impact, and compliance needs
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Engineer, Owner, founder, or similar
- Strong product sense and ability to simplify workflows
- Ability to work with engineers and designers to ship products
- Comfortable with metrics, experiments, and post-launch learning
- Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership and ability to work with limited guidance
- Based in Indonesia with strong English communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, insurance, or payments
- Background in consumer apps or high-growth products
