Doit is reinventing personal finance through AI-driven tools for spending, saving, and investing. As a Product Engineer, you will own specific product domains within the AI Neobank, turning complex financial services into simple user journeys.
You will work closely with engineering, design, and data teams to define problems, set success metrics, and ship improvements rapidly. This position suits builders who prioritize execution and user value over rigid processes.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across payments, savings, investing, or insurance
- Define user problems, scope, success metrics, and roadmaps
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and compliance teams
- Simplify complex financial products into usable customer journeys
- Use data and feedback to drive product decisions and iterations
- Launch features and monitor performance for continuous improvement
- Balance speed, UX, business impact, and operational complexity
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Engineer, Product Owner, or founder
- Strong product sense and ability to simplify workflows
- Ability to work with engineers and designers to ship products
- Comfortable with metrics, experiments, and post-launch learning
- Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership and ability to drive work with limited guidance
- Based in Spain with strong English communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, insurance, or payments
- Background in consumer apps or high-growth products
