Join BJAK, a leading Southeast Asian insurance platform expanding into savings, investing, and travel. As a Product Engineer in the AI Stockbroking team, you will bridge the gap between user needs and technical implementation. You will define product direction, work closely with design and engineering, and ensure rapid delivery of high-quality financial tools.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, or investing
- Define user problems, scope, success metrics, and roadmaps
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams
- Simplify complex financial products into usable customer journeys
- Use data and feedback to improve product decisions post-launch
- Balance speed, UX, business impact, and operational complexity
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Engineer, Product Owner, or founder
- Strong product sense and ability to simplify workflows
- Ability to work with engineers and designers to ship products
- Comfortable with metrics, experiments, and post-launch learning
- Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership with ability to drive work independently
- Strong English communication skills for global collaboration
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, insurance, or payments
- Background in consumer apps or high-growth products
