Join BJAK, a leading Southeast Asian insurance platform expanding into savings, investing, and travel. As a Product Engineer in the AI Stockbroking team, you will bridge user needs with technical execution. You will define product direction, work closely with designers and engineers, and iterate based on data and feedback.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across insurance, payments, or investing services
- Define user problems, scope, metrics, and launch plans
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and compliance teams
- Simplify complex financial products into usable customer journeys
- Use data and feedback to improve product decisions post-launch
- Balance speed, UX, business impact, and operational complexity
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Engineer, Owner, or similar role
- Strong product sense and ability to simplify workflows
- Ability to ship real products with engineers and designers
- Comfortable with metrics, experiments, and post-launch learning
- Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership with ability to drive work independently
- Based in Germany with strong English communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, insurance, or payments
- Background in consumer apps or high-growth products
