Join BJAK, a leading insurance and financial platform in Southeast Asia, as a Product Engineer focused on AI Stockbroking. You will own specific product areas, translating complex financial services into simple customer journeys while working with global teams.
This position suits builders who prioritize user problems over feature lists and can ship products quickly with limited guidance. You will define roadmaps, monitor performance, and iterate based on data and feedback.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, or investing
- Define user problems, scope, success metrics, and roadmaps
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams
- Simplify complex financial products into usable customer journeys
- Use data and feedback to improve product decisions post-launch
- Balance speed, UX, business impact, and operational complexity
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Engineer, Owner, founder, or similar
- Strong product sense and ability to simplify workflows
- Ability to work with engineers to ship real products
- Comfortable with metrics, experiments, and post-launch learning
- Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership with ability to drive work independently
- Based in South Korea with strong English communication
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, insurance, or payments
- Background in consumer apps or high-growth products
