Join BJAK, a leading insurance and fintech platform in Southeast Asia, as a Product Engineer focused on AI Stockbroking. You will take ownership of specific product areas, translating complex financial concepts into simple user journeys while working closely with engineering and design teams.
This position suits builders who prioritize user problems over feature lists and thrive in fast-paced environments. You will define success metrics, manage roadmaps, and iterate quickly based on data and feedback to help users get more from their money.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, or investing services.
- Define user problems, product scope, success metrics, and launch plans.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams.
- Translate complex financial products into simple customer journeys.
- Use data and feedback to improve product decisions post-launch.
- Balance speed, user experience, and compliance in trade-offs.
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Engineer, Product Owner, or similar role.
- Strong product sense with ability to simplify complex workflows.
- Proven ability to work with engineers to ship real products.
- Comfortable using metrics, experiments, and user feedback.
- Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
- High ownership with ability to drive work with limited guidance.
- Based in Thailand with strong English communication skills.

- Experience in fintech, insurance, or payments sectors.
- Background in consumer apps or high-growth products.
- Founder or growth operator experience.
