You will define product direction, scope, and success metrics for financial services including insurance, payments, and investing. Working closely with engineering, design, and data teams, you will transform complex financial products into simple customer journeys and iterate based on real-world feedback.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, or investing
- Define user problems, product scope, and roadmaps
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and compliance teams
- Simplify complex financial products into usable journeys
- Use data and feedback to improve product decisions
- Launch features and monitor performance for iterations
- Balance speed, UX, business impact, and compliance
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Engineer, Owner, or founder
- Strong product sense and ability to simplify workflows
- Ability to ship real products with engineers and designers
- Comfortable with metrics, experiments, and post-launch learning
- Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership with ability to work with limited guidance
- Based in the United States
- Strong English communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, insurance, or payments
- Background in consumer apps or high-growth products
