Doit is reinventing personal finance by building tools that make spending, saving, and investing accessible and smart through AI. As a Product Engineer in the AI Stockbroking division, you will own specific product areas, defining scope and roadmap while working closely with cross-functional teams.
You will focus on turning complex financial products into simple customer journeys, using data and feedback to iterate quickly. This role demands high ownership, strong product sense, and the ability to ship real products without hiding behind process.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, or investing
- Define user problems, success metrics, roadmaps, and launch plans
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams
- Translate complex financial products into simple customer journeys
- Use data and feedback to improve product decisions post-launch
- Balance speed, UX, business impact, and operational complexity
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Engineer, Product Owner, or founder
- Strong product sense with ability to simplify complex workflows
- Proven ability to work with engineers and designers to ship products
- Comfortable with metrics, experiments, and post-launch learning
- Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership and ability to drive work with limited guidance
- Based in Austria with strong English communication skills

- Experience in fintech, insurance, or payments
- Background in consumer apps or high-growth products
