Doit is reinventing personal finance by building tools that make spending, saving, and investing accessible through AI. As a Product Engineer in the AI Stockbroking division, you will own specific product areas, defining scope and roadmap while working closely with engineering and design teams.
You will focus on turning complex financial products into simple customer journeys, using data and feedback to iterate quickly. This role demands high ownership and the ability to make decisions with incomplete information in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, or investing
- Define user problems, success metrics, roadmaps, and launch plans
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams
- Translate complex financial products into simple user journeys
- Use data and feedback to drive product decisions and iterations
- Balance speed, UX, business impact, and compliance in trade-offs
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Engineer, Product Owner, or founder
- Strong product sense and ability to simplify complex workflows
- Proven ability to ship real products with engineers and designers
- Comfortable with metrics, experiments, and post-launch learning
- Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership with ability to work with limited guidance
- Based in Ireland with strong English communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, insurance, or payments sectors
- Background in consumer apps or high-growth products
