Join Doit as a Product Engineer to redefine financial services through AI-driven tools. You will own specific product areas within the AI Stockbroking platform, working closely with engineering and design teams to launch and iterate on features.
The company aims to make finance smart, accessible, and safe. You will translate complex financial products into simple customer journeys while balancing speed, compliance, and user experience.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, or investing
- Define user problems, scope, metrics, and roadmaps
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams
- Simplify complex financial products into usable customer journeys
- Use data and feedback to drive product decisions and iterations
- Launch features and monitor performance post-release
- Balance speed, UX, business impact, and operational complexity
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Engineer, Owner, founder, or similar
- Strong product sense and ability to simplify workflows
- Ability to work with engineers and designers to ship products
- Comfortable with metrics, experiments, and post-launch learning
- Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership and ability to drive work with limited guidance
- Based in South Korea with strong English communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, insurance, or payments
- Background in consumer apps or high-growth products
