Doit is reinventing personal finance by building tools that make spending, saving, and investing accessible through AI. As a Product Engineer in the AI Stockbroking team, you will own specific product domains, defining user problems and success metrics while working closely with design and engineering teams.
You will turn complex financial services into simple customer journeys, launching features quickly and iterating based on data and feedback. This position demands high ownership and the ability to make decisions with incomplete information in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, or investing
- Define user problems, scope, success metrics, and roadmaps
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams
- Translate complex financial products into simple user journeys
- Use data and feedback to drive product decisions and iterations
- Launch features and monitor performance post-release
- Balance speed, UX, business impact, and compliance needs
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Engineer, Owner, founder, or operator
- Strong product sense and ability to simplify complex workflows
- Proven ability to ship real products with engineers and designers
- Comfortable using metrics, experiments, and user feedback
- Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership with ability to work with limited guidance
- Based in the Netherlands
- Strong English communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, insurance, or payments
- Background in consumer apps or high-growth products
