Doit is reinventing personal finance by building tools that make spending, saving, and investing accessible and safe through AI. As a Product Engineer in the AI Stockbroking team, you will own specific product areas, defining scope and roadmap while working closely with design and engineering teams.
You will focus on turning complex financial products into simple customer journeys, using data and feedback to iterate quickly. This role demands high ownership and the ability to make decisions with incomplete information to ship real products effectively.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, or investing
- Define user problems, success metrics, and launch plans
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and compliance teams
- Simplify complex financial products into usable customer journeys
- Use data and feedback to improve product decisions post-launch
- Monitor feature performance and drive iterations
- Balance speed, UX, business impact, and compliance needs
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Engineer, Owner, or similar role
- Strong product sense and ability to simplify workflows
- Ability to work with engineers to ship real products
- Comfortable with metrics, experiments, and user feedback
- Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership with ability to work with limited guidance
- Based in Indonesia with strong English communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, insurance, or payments
- Background in consumer apps or high-growth products
- Founder or growth operator experience
