You will lead the creation of new product categories that enable AI agents to operate reliably with clear boundaries and trusted access. Working closely with the CTO and engineering, you will identify customer problems, prototype solutions, and drive them from concept to market launch.
The focus is on building experiences where businesses can manage agent-driven interactions, such as shopping or refunds, while ensuring security and usability. You will bridge the gap between technical capabilities and commercial viability.

- Identify and prioritize customer problems solvable by agentic products
- Lead customer discovery to understand buyer needs and adoption barriers
