BJAK is expanding beyond its leading insurance platform in Southeast Asia to help users manage spending, saving, and investing. As a Product Lead in AI Finance, you will own the direction and quality of major product areas, guiding cross-functional squads to deliver high-impact financial tools.
What you'll do
- Define product roadmap, priorities, and success metrics for AI Finance features
- Guide product managers, designers, and engineers toward clear execution
- Translate regulatory and business constraints into practical product decisions
- Drive launch quality and lead post-launch improvement initiatives
- Foster a product culture centered on speed, clarity, and user value
What you'll need
- Proven experience leading digital product areas rather than single features
- Ability to balance strategy, UX, data, engineering, and business outcomes
- Strong judgment in prioritization and managing product trade-offs
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and pressure from senior stakeholders
- Skill in simplifying complex financial products into usable user journeys
- Fluent English communication skills for global team collaboration
Nice to have
- Experience mentoring product managers or leading cross-functional squads
- Background in fintech, insurance, payments, or regulated consumer apps
