BJAK is expanding its financial services beyond insurance into spending, saving, and investing. As a Product Lead in AI Finance, you will own the direction and quality of major product areas. You will guide teams to deliver user value while navigating regulatory and business constraints in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll do
- Define product roadmap, priorities, and success metrics for AI Finance features
- Guide product managers, designers, and engineers toward clear execution
- Translate regulatory and operational constraints into practical product decisions
- Drive launch quality and continuous improvement through post-launch learning
- Foster a product culture centered on speed, clarity, and honest measurement
What you'll need
- Proven experience leading digital product areas rather than just individual features
- Ability to balance strategy, UX, data, engineering, and business outcomes
- Strong judgment in prioritization, trade-offs, and product sequencing
- Comfortable working with high ambiguity and senior stakeholder pressure
- Skill in simplifying complex financial products into usable user journeys
- Fluent English communication skills for global team collaboration
Nice to have
- Experience mentoring product managers or leading cross-functional squads
- Background in fintech, insurance, payments, or regulated consumer apps
