BJAK is expanding its financial services beyond insurance into spending, saving, and investing. As a Product Lead in AI Finance, you will own the direction, roadmap, and quality of major product areas. You will work with global teams to simplify complex financial products into user-friendly experiences.
What you'll do
- Define product priorities, roadmaps, and success metrics for AI Finance features
- Guide product managers, designers, and engineers toward clear execution
- Translate regulatory and business constraints into practical product decisions
- Drive launch quality and lead post-launch improvements
- Foster a culture focused on speed, clarity, and user value
What you'll need
- Proven experience leading digital product areas, not just individual features
- Ability to balance strategy, UX, data, engineering, and business outcomes
- Strong judgment in prioritization and managing trade-offs
- Comfortable working in high-ambiguity environments with senior stakeholders
- Skill in simplifying complex financial products into usable user journeys
- Fluent English communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience mentoring product managers or cross-functional squads
- Background in fintech, insurance, payments, or regulated consumer apps
