BJAK is expanding its financial services beyond insurance into spending, saving, and investing. As a Product Lead in AI Finance, you will own the direction, roadmap, and quality of major product areas. You will guide designers, engineers, and product managers to deliver user-centric financial tools.
What you'll do
- Define product priorities, roadmaps, and success metrics for AI Finance features
- Guide cross-functional squads including PMs, designers, and engineers
- Translate regulatory and business constraints into practical product decisions
- Drive launch quality and continuous improvement based on post-launch data
- Foster a product culture centered on speed, clarity, and user value
What you'll need
- Proven experience leading digital product areas rather than single features
- Ability to balance strategy, UX, data, engineering, and business outcomes
- Strong judgment in prioritization and managing product trade-offs
- Comfortable operating in high-ambiguity environments with senior stakeholders
- Skill in simplifying complex financial products into usable user journeys
- Fluent English communication skills for global team collaboration
Nice to have
- Experience mentoring product managers or product owners
- Background in fintech, insurance, payments, or regulated consumer apps
