BJAK is expanding beyond its leading insurance platform in Southeast Asia to help users manage spending, saving, and investing. As a Product Lead in AI Finance, you will own the direction and quality of major product areas, guiding teams through complex financial landscapes.
You will define roadmaps, set success metrics, and translate regulatory constraints into practical user experiences. This position suits senior builders who balance high-level strategy with deep technical and design details.
What you'll do
- Lead product direction for key AI Finance app areas
- Define priorities, roadmaps, and success metrics
- Guide PMs, designers, and engineers toward clear execution
- Work across insurance, payments, savings, and travel services
- Turn regulatory and business constraints into product decisions
- Drive launch quality and continuous post-launch improvement
- Foster a culture of speed, clarity, and honest measurement
What you'll need
- Strong experience leading digital product areas, not just features
- Ability to balance strategy, UX, data, and engineering outcomes
- Strong judgment on prioritization and product sequencing
- Comfortable with ambiguity and senior stakeholder pressure
- Able to simplify complex financial products into usable journeys
- Strong English communication skills required
Nice to have
- Experience leading or mentoring PMs and cross-functional squads
- Background in fintech, insurance, payments, or regulated products
