BJAK is expanding its financial services beyond insurance into spending, saving, and investing. As a Product Lead in AI Finance, you will own the direction and quality of major product areas. You will work with global teams to simplify complex financial products into usable user journeys.
What you'll do
- Define product roadmap, priorities, and success metrics for AI Finance areas
- Guide product managers, designers, and engineers toward clear execution
- Translate regulatory and business constraints into practical product decisions
- Drive launch quality and lead post-launch improvement initiatives
- Foster a product culture centered on speed, clarity, and user value
What you'll need
- Proven experience leading digital product areas rather than single features
- Ability to balance strategy, UX, data, engineering, and business outcomes
- Strong judgment in prioritization and managing product trade-offs
- Comfortable operating in high-ambiguity and fast-changing environments
- Skill in simplifying complex financial products for end users
- Fluent English communication skills for global team collaboration
Nice to have
- Experience mentoring product managers or leading cross-functional squads
- Background in fintech, insurance, payments, or regulated consumer apps
