BJAK is expanding beyond its leading insurance platform in Southeast Asia to help users manage spending, saving, and investing. As a Product Lead in AI Finance, you will own the direction and quality of major product areas.
You will guide cross-functional teams including PMs, designers, and engineers. The focus is on turning complex financial constraints into clear, high-quality user experiences while fostering a culture of speed and honest measurement.
What you'll do
- Define product roadmap, priorities, and success metrics for AI Finance areas
- Guide PMs, designers, and engineers toward clear execution across squads
- Translate regulatory and business constraints into practical product decisions
- Drive launch quality and lead post-launch learning initiatives
- Build a product culture focused on speed, clarity, and user value
What you'll need
- Proven experience leading digital product areas, not just individual features
- Ability to balance strategy, UX, data, engineering, and business outcomes
- Strong judgment on prioritization, trade-offs, and product sequencing
- Comfortable working with high ambiguity and senior stakeholder pressure
- Skill in simplifying complex financial products into usable user journeys
- Fluent English communication skills for global team collaboration
Nice to have
- Experience mentoring PMs, Product Owners, or cross-functional squads
- Background in fintech, insurance, payments, or regulated consumer apps
