Join BJAK as a Product Lead to shape major areas within the AI Finance app. You will own direction, execution, and quality across multiple workstreams, guiding teams to deliver user-centric financial solutions.
This position involves defining roadmaps and success metrics while balancing strategy with hands-on execution. You will work across various financial services including insurance, investing, and travel, turning complex constraints into practical product decisions.
What you'll do
- Lead product direction for key AI Finance app areas
- Define priorities, roadmaps, and success metrics
- Guide PMs, designers, and engineers toward clear execution
- Work across insurance, payments, savings, and investing
- Translate regulatory and business constraints into product decisions
- Drive launch quality and continuous post-launch improvement
- Foster a culture of speed, clarity, and user value
What you'll need
- Strong experience leading digital product areas
- Ability to balance strategy, UX, data, and engineering
- Strong judgment on prioritization and trade-offs
- Comfortable with ambiguity and senior stakeholder pressure
- Able to simplify complex financial products into usable journeys
- Strong English communication skills required
Nice to have
- Experience leading or mentoring PMs and cross-functional squads
- Background in fintech, insurance, payments, or regulated products
