BJAK is expanding beyond its core insurance platform to help users manage spending, saving, and investing. As a Product Lead in AI Finance, you will define roadmaps and standards for major app areas. You will guide cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality financial products in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll do
- Define product direction and roadmap for AI Finance features
- Set success metrics and standards across multiple squads
- Guide PMs, designers, and engineers toward clear execution
- Translate regulatory and business constraints into product decisions
- Drive launch quality and post-launch improvements
- Foster a culture of speed, clarity, and user value
What you'll need
- Experience leading digital product areas, not just single features
- Ability to balance strategy, UX, data, and engineering outcomes
- Strong judgment on prioritization and trade-offs
- Comfortable with ambiguity and senior stakeholder pressure
- Skill in simplifying complex financial products for users
- Fluent English communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience mentoring PMs or cross-functional squads
- Background in fintech, insurance, or payments
- Experience with regulated consumer apps
