Doit is building an AI-driven platform to help users manage spending, saving, investing, and insurance. As a Product Lead, you will own the direction and execution for key features within their neobank app. You will work with global teams to deliver high-quality financial tools that are smart, accessible, and safe.
What you'll do
- Lead product direction for major areas of the AI Neobank app
- Define priorities, roadmaps, and success metrics across multiple squads
- Guide product managers, designers, and engineers toward clear execution
- Work across insurance, payments, savings, investing, and travel services
- Translate regulatory and business constraints into practical product decisions
- Drive launch quality and continuous improvement post-launch
- Foster a product culture focused on speed, clarity, and user value
What you'll need
- Strong experience leading digital product areas beyond individual features
- Ability to balance strategy, execution, UX, data, and business outcomes
- Strong judgment on prioritization, trade-offs, and product sequencing
- Comfortable working with high ambiguity and senior stakeholder pressure
- Able to simplify complex financial products into usable user journeys
- Strong English communication skills for global team collaboration
- Must be currently based in Australia
Nice to have
- Experience leading or mentoring PMs, POs, or cross-functional squads
- Background in fintech, insurance, payments, or regulated consumer apps
