Doit is building an AI-driven finance platform to help users manage spending, saving, and investing. As a Product Lead, you will own the strategy and execution for major app areas, working with global teams to deliver high-quality financial tools.
You will guide product managers, designers, and engineers while balancing business constraints with user needs. This position suits senior builders who thrive in fast-paced environments and care about tangible user impact.
What you'll do
- Define product roadmap and success metrics for key app features
- Guide PMs, designers, and engineers toward clear execution goals
- Translate regulatory and business constraints into product decisions
- Drive launch quality and continuous improvement post-release
- Foster a culture of speed, clarity, and honest measurement
What you'll need
- Proven experience leading digital product areas, not just features
- Ability to balance strategy, UX, data, and engineering outcomes
- Strong judgment on prioritization and product sequencing
- Comfortable handling ambiguity and senior stakeholder pressure
- Skill in simplifying complex financial products for users
- Fluent English communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience mentoring PMs or cross-functional squads
- Background in fintech, insurance, or regulated consumer apps
