Doit is building an AI-driven finance platform to help users manage spending, saving, and investing. As a Product Lead, you will own the direction and execution for major app areas, working across insurance, payments, and other financial services.
You will guide product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver high-quality features. The role demands strong judgment in prioritization and the ability to simplify complex financial products into user-friendly experiences.
What you'll do
- Lead product direction for major AI Neobank app areas
- Define priorities, roadmaps, and success metrics across squads
- Guide PMs, designers, and engineers toward clear execution
- Work across insurance, payments, savings, and investing services
- Turn regulatory and business constraints into product decisions
- Drive launch quality and continuous post-launch improvement
- Build a product culture focused on speed and user value
What you'll need
- Strong experience leading digital product areas, not just features
- Ability to balance strategy, UX, data, and engineering outcomes
- Strong judgment on prioritization and product sequencing
- Comfortable with high ambiguity and senior stakeholder pressure
- Able to simplify complex financial products into usable journeys
- Strong English communication skills are required
Nice to have
- Experience leading or mentoring PMs and cross-functional squads
- Background in fintech, insurance, payments, or regulated products
