You will shape the direction of major product areas within an AI-powered neobank, covering insurance, payments, savings, and investing. This position involves defining roadmaps, setting product standards, and guiding cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality financial tools.
What you'll do
- Lead product direction for key areas of the AI Neobank app
- Define priorities, roadmaps, and success metrics across squads
- Guide PMs, designers, and engineers toward clear execution
- Translate regulatory and business constraints into product decisions
- Drive launch quality and continuous post-launch improvement
- Foster a culture focused on speed, clarity, and user value
What you'll need
- Experience leading digital product areas beyond individual features
- Ability to balance strategy, UX, data, and engineering outcomes
- Strong judgment on prioritization and product sequencing
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and senior stakeholder pressure
- Skill in simplifying complex financial products into usable journeys
- Strong English communication skills for global team collaboration
Nice to have
- Experience mentoring PMs, POs, or cross-functional squads
- Background in fintech, insurance, payments, or regulated products
