Doit is building an AI-powered finance platform to help users manage spending, saving, and investing. As a Product Lead, you will own the roadmap and quality for major app areas, guiding teams through complex financial products.
You will work with global teams to define priorities and success metrics. The role demands strong judgment in balancing strategy, UX, and engineering outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll do
- Lead product direction for major AI Neobank app areas
- Define priorities, roadmaps, and success metrics across squads
- Guide PMs, designers, and engineers toward clear execution
- Work across insurance, payments, savings, and travel services
- Translate regulatory and business constraints into product decisions
- Drive launch quality and continuous post-launch improvement
- Foster a culture focused on speed, clarity, and user value
What you'll need
- Strong experience leading digital product areas, not just features
- Ability to balance strategy, execution, UX, data, and business goals
- Strong judgment on prioritization and product sequencing
- Comfortable with high ambiguity and senior stakeholder pressure
- Able to simplify complex financial products into usable journeys
- Strong English communication skills required
Nice to have
- Experience leading or mentoring PMs and cross-functional squads
- Background in fintech, insurance, payments, or regulated products
