Doit is building an AI-powered finance app to help users spend, save, and invest more effectively. As a Product Lead, you will own the roadmap and outcomes for major product areas, guiding teams through strategy and execution.
You will work with designers, engineers, and other product managers to simplify complex financial services into user-friendly journeys. This position demands strong judgment in prioritization and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
What you'll do
- Lead product direction for key areas of the AI Neobank app
- Define priorities, roadmaps, and success metrics across multiple squads
- Guide product managers, designers, and engineers toward clear execution
- Translate regulatory and business constraints into practical product decisions
- Drive launch quality and continuous improvement post-launch
- Foster a product culture focused on speed, clarity, and user value
What you'll need
- Strong experience leading digital product areas beyond individual features
- Ability to balance strategy, UX, data, engineering, and business outcomes
- Strong judgment on prioritization and product sequencing
- Comfortable working with high ambiguity and senior stakeholder pressure
- Able to simplify complex financial products into usable user journeys
- Strong English communication skills required
Nice to have
- Experience leading or mentoring PMs and cross-functional squads
- Background in fintech, insurance, payments, or regulated consumer apps
